𝑨 I wrote it for my own use as a rail commuter. If the app is useful to you, you are welcome to use it

𝑨 No, there is no plan to charge you

𝑸 Will you sell my data to anyone?

𝑨 No, the Hastings Line app does not track you, ask you to sign up or collect any of your personal data. See our privacy policy

𝑸 Aren't there already timetable apps?

𝑨 Many timetable apps are not free, or exist to sell rail tickets or serve up adverts

𝑸 How do I figure out how to use the app?

𝑸 Does this app work on iPad?

𝑨 Yes, the Hastings Line app supports multitasking options on iPad

𝑸 Does this app work on Mac?

𝑨 Yes, it works on Macs with Apple Silicon processors. It cannot be installed or used on older Macs with Intel or PowerPC processors

𝑸 Will there be an Android version of this app?

𝑨 Probably not

𝑸 Will this app provide route maps outside Kent and East Sussex

𝑨 Possibly - please contact us if you are interested in coverage of another route

𝑸 Will there be a journey planner feature?

𝑨 A transport planner is built into iOS and can be accessed from this app

𝑸 Can I see departure boards for a station anywhere in Britain?

𝑨 Yes, you select from all stations in the picker list, by clicking and holding down your mousepressing for three seconds on the picker list
